I have a deep well with a chlorine injection system. It has always work fairly well but now is causing a problem I can't seem to solve.
My Chlorine filter gets overwhelmed by iron sediment from the settling tank. Though I have it back washing nightly I still get shots of coffee colored water in the morning.
Is there someplace to get the low down on how to set this system up properly?
I bought new Carbon but I'm afraid to change it until I get this figured out.
I adjusted the chlorine pump until I have residual chlorine showing at the infeed to the chlorine filter, and I drain the bottom of the tank frequently, which does look pretty nasty, but not as much seems to settle as it has in the past, but I still get a lot of sediment in the filter.
