    Side or bottom plumbing question

I have a 20 year old Teel 4P838, 85 gal precharged water tank that needs to be replaced.
I can fit a tank up to 55" high in the space.
This tank has the plumbing connection on the bottom.
All the high quality bottom connected 80-85 gallon tanks I have found are too tall.
I have found some tanks that are the size I need with a “side” plumbing connection.
Is there any reason I should avoid the side plumbing version, and stick with a bottom connected tank?

I should point out that this Teel tank still works, but I am guessing after 20 years it should be replaced as Preventative Maintenance.
