Hello, I have a 315 gallon Vertical Gavanized tank that I'm about to install. The fitting locations for inlet, and outlet water, are 3 inches from base, and 12 inches from base. Which one would be better for the inlet, to obtain maximum drawdown,etc?Or, does it make any differance? My old tank has the outlet higher than the inlet, which does not sound right to me, unless it is for sediment trapping. Pardon my spelling.
