    Water Pressure Problem

Occasionally when I use the water, after a couple of minutes, the water will completely stop. I shut off the spicket that I was using, wait thirty seconds to a minute, turn on the spicket, and the water comes back on at a decent pressure. What causes this? I've checked my horizontal holding tank and everything seems to be fine. The pressure is set at 50-70. Any insight would be great. Thanks.

Could be a plugged pressure switch line preventing the switch from seeing the drop in pressure quick enough to turn on the pump.

Could be that the pump is shutting off by means of the thermal overload switch on the motor.

Could be a water logged tank.

More info on your system would help.
