Sorry if this has been asked, I did my best to search your forums.

When my bladder tank empties completely, the pressure gauge still shows quite a bit of pressure (sorry I'm at work so I don't have the exact pressure reading at the moment). After the water stops flowing from our faucets, shower, etc, the pressure on the gauge will slowly reduce until the pump finally kicks back in. This usually takes about 30-60 seconds.

I'm not sure what other information you guys will need to troubleshoot this problem, but I'd be glad to give you any info you need.
