There are about 40 homes that share a sorry community well. I only get 10 to 20 pounds of pressure. I am building a house with a second story and am afraid it will only drip upstairs.

I want to supply my house and barn apartment. I will need 15 to 20 GPM.

How big a pump will I need? How big a tank?
