We recently purchased a home that has city water. The previous owner had "cut" both the electrical, and inlet form the existing deep well (3" Galv) at the wall inside the house. He said he was told that the casing may have a hole in it causing the well to not work. The components are still in the casing, but the tank and everything inside has been disposed of. What steps must I take to get this thing back on line? My water bill is killing me while trying to keep the lawn from turning brown.
