Plumbers All: I have two wells (a bored 32 inches well and a drilled well 6 inches by 300) and neither supply sufficient water. I hope that if they can be connected where the first pumps water until it is low on water, then switching to the second well. An arrangement wherein they switch back and forth should solve my problem. If not, what alternatives do you offer? 1) Can I dynamite the drilled well (300 ft)? If so how? 2) Can I clean the bored well out down to solid rock, add a little gravel and start pumping? Water is hard to locate and expensive to drill for.

Where the hell does a homeowner get dynamite?
