Hi, I have lost about 75% of the water pressure in my house, the pump is running non stop never building enough pressure to cut out. There are no leaks in the house anywhere. The pressure guage on the pump just sits at aboout 22 pounds. I tried shutting off the valve to the house so it is only pumping to the bladder tank, the pressure actually rose to almost 30 pounds before it dropped back down to 25 pounds. Has my pump gone bad? It is a Sta-Rite model ALC-20 1/2 HP Jet pump. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
