I am putting in a yurt in the hills of sw virginia. The well and homesite are about ready for the next step.

The the 305 ft well is rated at 12-15 gpm and sits about 160 ft away and 25 ft below the yurt site.

I would love advice on whether to go with a pressure tank or put in a constant pressure system. Also what are the pros and cons re: placement of the tank.

I would like to have a very robust water thruput because later I may use the same well for other sites on the property.
