good day all i keep getting e mail from all Post made and i keep unsubscribing to them all.So why am i still getting them !

You were subscribed to the entire board. I unsubscribed you from it and that should stop your reminders totally. If you want to subscribe to an individual post, just subscribe to that and the Forum won't spam you to death anymore (I hope). If it does, please let me know.
