Does anybody know how to set up a cycle stop valve. New pump, tank, which I would like to use on a amtrol wx202 or smaller and a pump delivering approx 10gpm. I was told there is a trick to using the CSV on small tanks and that the guys who know how to do it are keeping there mouth shut. I have heard through the grape vine that they only work well when you crank them up to approx 70psi. Is this true? I'm afraid this pump will cycle to often. I was told that without a cycle stop valve I will kill this pump in no time at all with a small tank. What is the rule of thumb when it comes to sizing a pumps gpm and a tank size / drawdown etc.
