My pump keeps coming on and off. There are no leaks and everything is turned off. I was told it's my foot valve, is this a big job? my well is in a raised concret manhole that I can get into. I understand that all I do is undo the 2 black pvc pipes off the head and pull out the head untill all the piping going to the bottom of the well is out and at the end of this I will find my foot valve. Is this realy that easy? any help would be great....
