Looking for methods to achieve constant pressure from my home well. Currently I have the standard 40/60 setting on a mechanical pressure switch with a small bladder tank.

Being it's a 3 story home I notice the pressure change when taking showers on the 2nd floor. While not a big deal it's annoying non the less.

Also, I'm worried that will all the general flower / lawn watering I do that excessive pump cycling may degrade it's life. For instance when using a standard Home Depot impact sprinkler the cycle time can be less then a minute which isn't good.

Now I see all kinds of methods to control flow / pressure from VFD to some strange valve that control back pressure. (But the pressure on the other side of it must be through the roof!).
