I have a 150 foot, narrow diameter well with a submersible pump. Contractor came in, didn't make a good connection at the head of the pump and now the pump and probably 110 feet of water line has fallen into the well and I can't even see it, much less grab it. Contractor refused to rectify situation so now I have to find someway to fix it. Oh yeah, no safety line either.

So somehow I have to snag a smooth, plastic waterline that's 30 feet down a narrow shaft and pull up a rig thats lodged in the mud and weights 300 pounds. I have no idea what tools or techniques I would need to get it out.

Any suggestions or ideas would be helpfull....
