Here's the scenario: Approximately 180' rock well with 2" casing. Water level when well installed 5+ years ago was 4'. Measured last week, water level is at 19'.

Currently have a Goulds J10 (1-HP) pump installed with about 20' of drop pipe. Seems that the well is not keeping up with demand. Take a shower and flush toilet, loose water pressure.

I'm wondering if adding another 10' of drop pipe would make a difference, or should I be looking at other solutions. Any input appreciated.
