    Tankless hot water heater

Plus you are going to need the CSV for constant pressure to make the tankless water heater stay burning. When taking a shower with the old 40/60 pressure switch and large pressure tank the instant water heater can go off when the pressure is at 40 because the flow through the shower head decreases.

At 40psi your traditional pump system can supply you with more than enough pressure and flow. Only time it can't supply you with enough pressure and flow is from pipe sizing(new),built up inside the pipe to cause a clog(future), and elevation rise(fine tuning).

This is going off multiple water treatment devices before the hot water tank that can cause more restrictions before the shower head.

If you got a big enough pump you can even run multiple yard hydrants outside and you still won't have a loss in pressure and flow.
