I don't know where Rancher is, but I have been deleting as many of those two's spammie posts as possible. Now if they will just stay away, the Forum might be usable again.
Do they keep changing ip address as well? Never been on your side of things before.

I haven't checked their IP address, I was totally amazed that they could put in so much crap as a guest. I can't even ban their accounts because they don't have one.
Some of the crap they posted was porn and the rest was trying to get you to websites that were selling stuff. If they don't come back, we should be OK. My fingers are sore from deleting all their stuff, so I hope they stay gone.

I turned off being able to register as a new user, perhaps speedbump would like to change the challenge questions and turn it back on as apparently the questions got in a hacker's database and published to many many spam websites and they were able to overwhelm me.

They got in the privileged area and they made their own sticky area that was kinda cool really 😎. I Thought you could add your Pumps and Tanks Forum FAQ information as a sticky for some people to view first and perform before posting questions. Well you had them answering questions about pumps and wells, so they would capture the question and the correct answer and then spread it to all the other spam bots in the world so they could register... many of them that I deleted didn't even leave any spam.
We probably need to install a Capta type verification to avoid this in the future.

If your referring to the questions asked when registering, you have the same privilege's I do. You can change them.
I haven't talked to Ron in a long time, maybe you can send him a PM and ask him if he's interested. It's all in your name.
